Allow The Mind to Focus

Allow The Mind to Focus

Research reveals what happens in a wandering mind — and sheds light on the cognitive and emotional benefits of increased focus. It’s the nature of the mind to wander. Use it as an opportunity to become more aware of your own mental experience. But you may still want to return to the present moment—so you can come up with an answer to that question everyone is waiting for.  Take a more effective break by allowing your mind to wander   A wandering mind is a good thing.

‘For me yoga is about physical and mental well being in harmony, with both elements being just as important to each other in creating the right balance. Different people will have a varying idea and ability as to what this means to them. That is perfectly fine!!

Kas’s classes are welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Personally having done yoga previously, I find myself continuously being challenged but at the same time never feeling uncomfortable in trying new Asanas and asking for guidance when needed.

Yoga helps me to clear the unnecessary thoughts from my mind allowing it to become more focused, positive and relaxed. This enhances further the benefit and enjoyment of participating in Kas’s class.

Yoga helps me to apply it’s ideals in transforming my everyday life, work and relationships.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Kas in guiding me through my continuing journey in discovering the benefits of yoga!’
