Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you too move freely. Yoga is normally practiced in bare feet. Please bring a Yoga mat for your practice, a towel and some water is essential for the Hot Yoga sessions.
It is best not to eat for at least two hours prior to a Treatment or a Yoga class. If however this is unavoidable due to special conditions – please eat a light snack that can be easily digested.
Respecting the peace and tranquility of the class and others please turn off mobiles phones before coming to the class or for your treatment.
Please do tell me if you are not feeling 100% – we all have those days – also if there are any niggling injuries that i need to be made aware of before your treatment/class.
