An opportunity to attend a Yoga retreat near the beautiful coastline of Dorset England at the fabulous Symondsbury Manor near the village of Bridport (for more information on the manor www.symondsbury.com ).

A chance to connect with your inner self and nature both emotionally and physically.

There will be deep introspective yoga sessions as well as physical extrospective practices with walks to the coast and plenty of time to relax, unwind and just BE. Giving you space and time to do as little or as much as you like as none of the sessions will be compulsory.

The retreat will include all vegetarian /vegan meals and 3 yoga sessions on full days and one on day of arrival and departure.I am a fully qualified yoga instructor/guide who believes yoga is a union with the self. I see yoga as a building a relationship between mind and body and allowing them both to communicate with each other with awareness and respect. I teach in a way that allows both the teacher and the yogi to work in relationship with the individual and as a whole thus holding the space for a profound transformational process to occur.

If you need some reflective me time and to take your yoga practice deeper physically and mentally then join me on this wonderful retreat. There will be limited numbers to allow the group to connect and develop a community feel over the weekend.

The monetary exchange for this retreat:

£360 for shared room £450 for single room (limited availability first come first serve basis)

Full payment is preferred however if you need to spread costs: Deposit of £175 by 15th April to secure place remainder to be paid by 30th April.

Friday 20th May

2pm –arrive 4pm – Introductions/ yoga session.6pm –Dinner7.30pm – Yin yoga with meditation

Saturday/Sunday 21st-22nd May

7.30m – yoga session weather dependant outside (although we may still go outside if raining to connect with nature as it is)9.30m – breakfast Free time12pm-yoga flow session/ workshop 1.30pm- lunch2.30pm –walk to coast /free time6pm- dinner7.30pm- yin yoga with meditation.

Monday 23rd May

7.30am –yoga session9am- breakfast 10am – walk to coast then lunch at a pub or depart.
